I agree As an independent contractor, you are operating your own business and are responsible for all tools, supplies, vehicles, taxes and costs associated with running your business. I agree You must be physically capable of lifting a 75 pound package. I agree You must have a vehicle no smaller than a pick-up truck or SUV. Our experience shows that cars/sedans are not productive enough to keep a contractor profitable. I agree You must provide proof of vehicle insurance and drivers license and maintain as long as you are contracted. I agree You must have an acceptable motor vehicle record. I agree You must have, or acquire the appropriate tools to be a courier. (Two-wheeler, clipboard, tie-downs, tarp…) I agree You must have a professional appearance and demeanor as you are the primary, personal contact with our customers. I agree All Blue Sky Couriers are compensated a majority percentage of the revenue the they produce. Therefore, the more productive you are, the larger your compensation.
